i have SAT classes, clubs (cuz i need the credits), managing homework and tests, bowling (because I need a sport), and at the same time I have to do regular things like take care of myself..ahh I’m overwhelmed…oh I forgot..I got hit with the moving card too so i have to decide colleges in 2 states and I still haven’t found one here yet. I was so caught up in life last year that I never got my college reccomendations….I’m so stressed…what are your tips not just for school life, but to help me stay myself

BOWLING IS A SPORT!!! It involves teamwork, lots of physical strength, hand eye coordination, ‘get ur head i nthe game’ mind set, scholarship is awarded for college, colleges are devoted to bowling, there are pro bowlers, it’s the same amount of work as baseball, maybe not as aggressive but if nascar is a sport, bowling is a sport. Honestly, the best thing you can do when you feel overwhelmed is to just let go of your worries and relax. Don’t try to do too many things at once, and when you are feeling stressed, set up a time up where you can just be by yourself and let your mind wander. Also try to stay focused on the positive, and when you need a break, take it. Don’t put your energy into too many things at once, and if you feel like you need help with something, don’t be afraid to ask for it. That’s what the people who love you are there for.
