Its odd…I always been stayin up late. but lately been gettin so much spots. And its ruining my face >_< how can I prevent this

I always say healthy lifestyle is what helps the best. I will just shortly name all the things that we have to keep in mind:

-getting enough sleep
-drinking a lot of water – no soda drinks
-healthy food
-reduce stress
-daily workout activities
