		<description>&lt;b&gt;I think they do ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I think they do remove the balls when they neuter a male cat, but sometimes they keep trying to hump things after they&#039;ve been fixed, out of habit or something.  That doesn&#039;t mean they&#039;ll be able to get another cat pregnant, and they shouldn&#039;t be doing any territorial spraying after they&#039;re fixed.</description>
